As you may know, some outlets have lower prices than a normal store, this is pretty much the same for us. Our sellers from China as they have less income they can reduce the prices of their products and make them cheaper than anywhere. We just put in contact seller with buyer and we get a fee for this.

Currently, we accept payments by VISA/MASTER CARD, BANK INCOME, and BANK TRANSFER, being the payment by VISA/MASTERCARD the most used by our customers. All payment methods have SSL client security, so they are protected against any threat.

The order is sent directly from the factories to the indicated address, as it is sent by international mail, it does not give us the possibility of Paid against reimbursement as payment.

We guarantee a refund if you have not received the ordered item within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund by sending an e-mail from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the refund has been requested, our team will study your case and will inform you of a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the article not received. If possible, it will be made using the same payment method that I use when ordering. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to become effective.
