WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS THE PACKAGE?

They will leave a notice. The next day you can go and pick it up at the nearest post office.

WHY IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO SEND PAID AGAINST REIMBURSEMENT?

The order is sent directly from the factories to the indicated address, as it is sent by international mail, it does not give us the possibility of Paid against reimbursement as payment.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN YOU DO?

We guarantee a refund if you have not received the ordered item within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund by sending an e-mail from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the refund has been requested, our team will study your case and will inform you of a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the article not received. If possible, it will be made using the same payment method that I use when ordering. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to become effective.
